Eşimin doğum günü vesilesiyle gittik. Yemekler genel olarak güzel fakat hepsi ayni seviyede degildi. Şarap eslesmelerini ise maalesef begenmedim. Şaraplar da kaliteyi düşük tutmuşlar anladığım kadarıyla. Ayrica fiyatları çok yüksek orta menü 2250 ana Nicole menü ise 2900 tl ki iki michelin yıldızlı restoran da fiyat bu degil. Ayrica garsonlar yemekleri net bir şekilde aciklayamiyor, tam tersine şarap sunumu yapan hanimefendi ise olaya gayet hakimdi. Ayrica kredi kartina otel konaklama diye yansiyor, bu ayrica bir sorun restoran harcaması olarak yansimasi gerekiyor ben bir sirket çalışanı olabilirdim ve bu bir şirket yemeği olabilirdi. Bu konuda önceden bilgilendirme yapilmasi gerekiyor ki benim kredi kartim restoran harcamalarinda yüzde 20 iade yapiyor. Bu gibi durumlarin önceden belirtilmesi gerekiyor. Sonuçta ben michelin yildizli restoran diye gitmekteyim...

Fine dining denilence İstanbul'daki en iyi yerlerden biri @nicolerestaurant . Geçen hafta sonu menüde kalkan vardı. Basque usulü kalkan, sonbahar sebzeleri salatası ve meyveli milföy, hepsi bir birinden güzeldi. Şef Aylin Yazicioglu menüdeki yemekler kadar tüm masalarla tek tek ilgileniyor. Ellerine sağlık... 😊 Yemekten önce ikram edilen Balıkesir'den gelen doğal zeytinyağı ve el yapımı ekşi mayalı ekmekleri efsaneydi. Yemeğin sonundaki tatlı ise muhteşem ötesiydi. Bir milföy tatlısı bu kadar hafif yapılabilir. Özel günler için tercih edebileceğiniz çok güzel manzarası olan bir yer. Tomtom Suit otelin en üst katında.

Şu ana kadar fine dining konusunda Türkiye'de deneyimleme fırsatı bulduğum en iyi restaurant. Avrupada bile rahatlıkla ilk 3'te yer alabilir Yemekler, sunum, anlatı ve yaklaşım müthiş. Şarap menüsü harika, sizi üzecek çok az sey var. Yaptıkları işe hayran kaldık. Sadece bir uyarim var; park yeri ya da vale yok bu nedenle yaklaşık 100mt otedeki otoparkı kullanabilirsiniz.

Güzel restaurant. Manzarası güzel, yemek kalitesi iyi, servis güzel, tabaklamalar iyi. Personel iyi ve işini düzgün yapan insanlar. Porsiyonlar benzer yerlere nazaran daha ufak ama kalite ve lezzet konusunda sorun görmedim. Geliştirmesi gereken yerler olduğunu düşünüyorum. Başlangıçtaki çorba bence revize edilmeli daha iyisi olabilir. Tatlı kısmında Çikolata terin güzel ancak anlık hazırlanmadığıni düşünüyorum. Servis yapan arkadaşların "begendinizmi" sorularını sıkça tekrarlamasına bence gerek yok. Gelmeden önce otopark konusunu danışmalısınız. Genel itibarı ile iyi bir restoran ancak geliştirmeleri gereken noktalar olduğunu düşünüyorum. Daha ince nüanslar var ama burada o kadar detay yersiz olacaktır.

Nicole bambaska bir deneyim sunuyor. Her tabak sizi sasirtip bu 'en iyisiydi' demenize sebep oluyor. Ta ki bir sonraki tabaga kadar. Saraplar da yemeklerin basarisiyla yarisacak kadar titizlikle secilmis. Kesinlikle ucuz degil ama havali ama siradan iki üç yerde yemek yiyeceginize kendinize bu hediyeyi verin derim.

Dining in here was a great experience. We had the tasting menu and all I can say is that a lot of hard work was done in the kitchen and served on our table. Great presentation, a lot of different tastes and techniques used. The restaurant has a beautiful view over the Bosphorus, the staff were nice and polite. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants a different kind of food experience. The price was fair for cuisine like this (about 75€/person). Bravo!

Superb fine dining with splendid views of the city This is a lovely restaurant on the top level of Tomtom Suites - a boutique 5 star hotel. The decor & ambience is top class but the sweeping views of the city were breath taking. Service is excellent, helpful, friendly & professional. The range of wines (both Turkish & International) is impressive. We decided not to opt for the degustation but went for the ala carte menu - portions were perfect & each dish was exquisite. The chef obviously knows his craft & the portions & combinations were unlike any we tasted in Istanbul - a fusion of traditional with the modern. We loved our meal & overall experience. Everything was subtle & beautifully managed & presented. Reservations necessary & definitely a place to visit when in Istanbul.

Surely a contender for a Michelin star had they covered İstanbul. The menu offered several very innovative items, but all dishes were of a high quality. Service from all the staff was excellent. My favourites were: the “Dolma” with the crispy vine leaves, the fresh take on the knafeh, the quail with chestnut and the pumpkin rice pudding — all having a modern twist to the traditional dish. It is worth a new visit when they change the menu.

Garsonların acelesi var, o kadar aceleleri var ki elbiseme kirli çatal bıçak attılar… Öte yandan, ortam muhteşem ama restoran, ne lezzetlerin birleşmesi ne de hizmet için bir Fransız gastronuna değmez (faturanın miktarına bağlı olarak bizim payımız için 25 € dahil) Yemekler iyiydi ama daha fazlası değil, lezzet açısından şaşırmadık. Had an overnight layover in Istanbul and was looking forward to this dinner. Unfortunately our flight got delayed and I missed my reservation by 45 mins. I was pretty upset. Since I was staying at the hotel, concierge helped us call to ask one last time. Luckily they agreed to still let us dine, but to a limited menu (since it was getting close to closing time)! This was greatly appreciated, because the meal we had was delicious! We had the bonito and dolma, the lamb & meatballs and monkfish, and the Künefe dessert. Everything was well executed and flavorful. The deconstructed dolma was very unique. I am so glad I was able to experience the food and service here. I hope to be able to return to Nicole soon so I can try their full tasting menu.

The atmosphere was superb, the wait staff was professional, and the food was great. The service really distinguished itself compared to other restaurants around the area and can easily tell this is an upscale place...perfect for a date. The added small amuse bouche and cleansers help to keep meal sets separated. The sauces complimented the flavors of the proteins and never overpowered them, and the breads are so delicious (it has been awhile since I've had European bread, NYC just don't cut it). Overall, for two people around $100USD with tax and tip for the a la carte menu is a fair price to pay.

Beautiful intimate 1 michelin restaurant overlooking an area near to the water in a local area. I loved the setting and decor, housed in an art gallery building of sorts. The amuse bouche was a light cabbage broth with feta cheese emulsion and breadcrumbs, very savoury and a good start to the meal. The bread was freshly made, crispy on the outside with cabbage on the inside. The first course was a smoked bonito served in a cherry jus and fava puree and it was just a beautiful dish with smokiness, acidity and sweetness from the cherry jus and beans, paired really well with this bright italian dry white. The second course was an open faced dolma - a modern take on a turkish dish with crispy rice cracker with pomegranata puree, vine leaf and smoked yogurt - really nicely executed. This went really well with a turkish savignon blanc served. The third dish was a nicely cooked octopus leg in a watercress sauce and celery and fennel. The pairing was a turkish white - pinot gris and pinot blanc - really nice. The next dish was a quail’s nest with quail legs - the legs were a tad overcooked but the combi of the meat withh the chestnut puree and cranberry sauce was really balanced, served with a turkish red that was juicy and smooth. Fish of the day was white mullet, served with an onion flan and peanut puree - really delicate and delicious. The lamb tenderloin was nicely cooked, served in a wheat crunch cracker and white beans. The two desserts were both very tasty, a burnt rice pudding ice cream with pistachio and a baklava with honey almond. The wine pairings were outstanding through the meal, highly recommended.

Hands down 5 star from service, decor, view of the Bosporus to food. Everything was done to perfection. Very attentive and friendly service from the staff. I ordered a la carte with the starter quail hole, main fish of the day, dessert kunefeh. Kunefeh is my favorite dish as it deconstructed and recreated a classic, traditional Turkish dessert into a new, better flavor and textural experience. The staff also gave good recommendation on wine pairing. Definitely Michelín star level dinning experience. Highly recommended!!!!

I recently dined at Nicole, a Michelin 1-star rated restaurant. While the food was generally good, the slow service and underwhelming cocktails detracted from the overall dining experience. The standout dish from the meal was the Datca Almond Baklava, which was beautifully presented and had a delicious almond filling. However, the cocktails were a bit of a disappointment, with muted flavors and a lack of creativity. Additionally, the service was slow, which was frustrating given the restaurant's Michelin rating. Overall, I would say that Nicole is a decent restaurant, but not one that I would rush to recommend. The food is generally good, but the slow service and underwhelming cocktails prevent it from reaching the level of excellence that one might expect from a Michelin-rated establishment. If you're looking for a high-quality dining experience, there are probably better options out there.

Nicole has recently reopened. Looks like they have a new chef. We were hesitant at first. But after tasting the food it blew our minds. We enjoyed our meal. Especially, as a starter, toric and calamari, as a main dish sea bass and beef rib were amazing. At the end of our meal, we were asked to taste künefe for dessert. It wasn't like a traditional künefe, instead the chef created a wonderful dessert inspired by traditional künefe. In the end, we all enjoyed our meal. Definitely recommended.

A Michelin star restaurant should ensure customer satisfaction at every step. I just had a phone conversation with their front office, an arrogant guy picked up the phone who had difficulty explaining the tasting menu options and also replied with “I just told you restaurant is closed until Tuesday, I can’t confirm your reservation right now.. Call back Tuesday afternoon.” If you don’t have someone capable to dealing with customers, better not answer the phone that day. This did not give a good initial impression.. I will revise the review in case our dinner experience is better than 3 stars.

Its a very elegant restaurant and their staff are professionals. Chef is friendly and creative. Menu is good some of the appetizers not wow but ok. Their dolma is great and desserts are delicious. Absolutely the best restaurant in Istanbul and for me currently world NO1. If you are planning a trip to Istanbul book a room at the Tom Tom Suites and a table at Nicole. The food is classic French fine dining the quality of which is on par with Michelin 2 star restaurants the difference being its availability and it’s incredible value for money. I have included photos of the celebration menu served to us tonight. I think the photos speak for themselves. My partner is allergic to celery and although the kitchen were aware the menu included a fennel dish which she could not eat. So with less than an hours notice the chefs produced an alternative beetroot dish which included beetroot ice cream made right there on the spot absolutely sensational cooking in every dish. The service is warm friendly and not the least bit pretentious. The whole place is staffed with smiling polite professional staff who all care and are rightly proud to work in such an amazing establishment. Don’t believe anything you may see on the news about Turkey we have been here approaching 10 times and seen absolutely nothing to worry us. Please give this city and this amazing vibrant place the attention it deserves. Istanbul has been fought over so many times in its long history I challenge you to visit it and not see why it’s worth fighting for. I for one will fight for Istanbul who’s with me?

First thing you'll notice is the view, beautiful just prior to sunset. The tasting menu is perfectly balanced and timed not feeling bloated or hungry after the meal. Really loved the experience. The service is careful and what you can expect from a restaurant this standard. We had the extensive degustation menu and the food was really refined, tasty and amazingly prepared. We had a great experience. Good service. It's not cheap but it's good for a special occassion. Cost us 900 for two including tea coffee, the full tasting menu, wine pairing and a cocktail each. Not cheap , but not terrible. We were hesitant regarding the wine pairing cause it was a tad expensive but after having done it we think it was worth the the price. We tried seven wines, all Turkish but most of which aren't available in shops. Give it a go. You probably won't regret it.

Was looking for cuisine tonight that didn't involve kebabs, hummus or neon signs with restaurant hawkers out front. Little did I know the exquisite flavours, warm restful views of the Bosphorus by candlelight and the personal presentation by the chef that would await. I was almost scared off by the small portion sizes. Having just finished I am stuffed and I arrived hungry! 2 starters, 3 main courses, homemade breads and 3 desserts. Wine with each course. This restaurant is rated as among the top 10 high end in Istanbul. I see why. Thankfully they welcomed this tourist in jeans :) with wide smiles and the same care as all others here. Oh...the price is roughly 45 euro or so. I've paid twice that much for lesser meals. Enjoy!

This would be a Michelin starred restaurant if Michelin reviewed Istanbul dining. They only serve a set menu with great taste and presentation. Be sure to request a window table where the views are great. This was by far our best dining experience during a week in Istanbul. We were staying at the historic Pera Palace Jumeirah hotel which is only a few blocks away on the map. On foot, those few blocks were straight down a very steep hill. So steep that we had to take a cab back to the hotel.

My wife and I came here, after reading all the wonderful reviews on TripAdvisor. We made a reservation 24 hours in advance and reached the restaurant at around 730pm. We thought it'd be a little difficult to find but it's located on the top floor of the TomTom suites in Beyoglu, opposite the Italian Embassy; most taxi drivers know where it is. We were greeted by restaurant staff and made to feel very welcome. Sat by the window, offering a beautiful view of the Bosphorus, Topkapi palace, Aya Sofia and the Blue Mosque. We chose the Nicole taster menu, which was made up of 7 courses. At 175tl per person, it's actually very good value for what is on offer. The fish dishes were exquisite, as well as the quail/duck meats wrapped in a moist pastry. Desserts were lovely too and we spent a good 2 hours here, going through various dishes and desserts. Customer service was impeccable and the dessert chef came to ask about our meals. We spent a total of 425tl and left feeling very happy and satisfied. Well worth a visit for couples! Thank you 'Nicole'!
