Great place! Guys, if you ever find yourselves down the road of the beautiful Bosfor, I recommend you check out this place. I liked the floral design of the entrance so much that I wanted to give it a shot, but I had my dog with me. That's no problem for them! As soon as I entered the front door, they greeted me and assisted me to the table on the rooftop. They brought my dog water and were so nice! They spoke English easily and were quick to ask if we needed anything. The fresh orange juice was very good and food so tasty! The view amazing! Everything top notch! Thank you so much!!!!

The food and service was absolutely amazing! I ordered the buttered shrimp with veggies and it had and excellent flavorful sauce. You must try! definitely won’t be disappointed! :)

We had a great experience at this restaurant. Besides great food, and very nice location with Bosporus views, the staff was amazing. I decided to propose to my girlfriend here, and I needed help from the staff to make it happen. The restaurant manager, Cemre, accepted my reservation, gave us a good table, and went extra mile to help me. They put the song I asked for to play in the background, they brought a cake in shape of a heart (it was delicious as well), and Cemre even recorded a video for us from the moment the song started to play to the proposal moment. They helped me to make this moment memorable. Thank you!

First, Restaurant name is Semaver Cafe when I got there. I was looking for pasta. Have to say their penne pasta with chicken and penne arrabiata was amazing. I've been to many restaurants, frequent traveler, and the pasta here was one of the best I've tried I'm a while. Pasta cooked just right. Chicken tasted so natural, not too seasoned. Flavor was palatable. Restaurant is local, away from the tourist area, so don't expect a fancy place. Locals do like Hooka, but didn't bother me. It did make me feel at home. Restaurant has view of Marmara Sea. Prices are very very reasonable compared to tourist area. Service was great. Waiter very attentive. Go if you get a chance.

Whatever we asked, they helped immediately. The music list and the magnificent Bosphorus view make you fall in love. I'll come again.
