Uzun zamandır aradığım kaliteli Hint restoranını bulmaktan çok memnun oldum. Nezih, sezon dışı olduğundan sakin, merkezin bir tık dışında yerleşimiyle hoş bir mekanla karşılaştık. Çalışanlar son derece kibar ve ilgiliydi. Hindistan dan ithal edilen malzemelerle yapılan yemekler ve tatlı hem farklı bir deneyim hem de lezzet sundu. Malzeme ithalatından dolayı menünün zorunlu bir şekilde dolar bazlı hazırlanması ülkemiz mevcut koşullarında oldukça üzücü ne yazık ki. Gidenlerin bunun bilincinde olarak gitmesi adına hesabımız 2 tavuklu ana yemek + 1 tatlı = 414 TL tuttu (mevcut dolar kuru:16.42). Daha güzel günlerde umarım tekrar görüşebiliriz:)

Hint mutfağını gerçek lezzeti ile deneyimlersiniz. Garip saçma yorumlara bakıp endişe duymayın, dünya mutfağını denemeyip ilk bu restoranda tecrübe edinmek isteyen elbette Hint yemek tatlarını garipseyecektir. Samosa çok iyidi, beraberinde gelen nane sos biraz daha baharatlı olabilir, çorbalardan lemon coriander kesin deneyin derim. Tavuk menülerinin her biri iyidir, zaten tavukları iyidir hint mutfağının asıl. Chikken malai masala yedik. Masala orijininden getirilmiş belli. Sos dengesini aşçı çok iyi ayarlamış. Ne fazla ne eksik. Yanımızda bebeğimiz ile geldik, baharat yiyemez diye köfte rica ettik, vallahi köfte bile çok lezzetliydi. İşinin erbabı işletme, ben hintli bir aile işletir sanıyordum ama Türk işletmecinin Hint restoran açması ve gayet başarılı lezzetler sunması şaşırtıcı. Personel otoparkta direk karşılayıp yardımcı oldu. Pandemi sürecinde dip dipe masalarda oturacağıma ferah ferah bu restoranda lezzet şöleni yaptım.Vallahi istanbul ankara vs büyük şehirlerde epey tutar ama kapadokyada pandemi sürecinde işleri şimdilik zor. Umarım ayakta kalırlar ve yine ziyaret edebilirim

Ürgüp'ten Ankara istikametine ilerlerken tesadüfen denk geldik. Farklı yemekleri tatmayı çok severim. Ama yabancı mutfakları denerken çoğunlukla hüsrana uğramışımdır. Ya "çakma" ustaların yaptığı kötü yemekler ya fahiş fiyatlı gösterişli ama lezzetsiz yemekler. Burası her açıdan 5 yıldızı hak ediyor. Hele Anadolu'nun ortasında buraya denk gelmek de cabası. Bu pandemi döneminde çoğu restoran önlemleri yüzeysel yapıyor fakat Pukka çalışanları bu önlemleri mükemmel bir şekilde yerine getiriyor sık sık eldiven ve maskelerini yeniliyorlar. Masa aralıklarına dikkat ediliyor ve kurallara uymayan müşterileri uyararak diğer müşterilerinin sağlığına önem gösteriyorlar. Overall the food was good! The butter chicken and chicken Tikka massala were different. The Naan was flatter than I'm used to, but still very nice. The biggest problem here is the price. Why is steamed rice $7? Why are the other dishes regular US prices despite being off the beaten path? Besides that, the building was clean and new. If you want something that isn't Turkish cuisine, consider coming here.

The place was very inviting when we saw google reviews, while went to the door, the place seems to closed but soon a man appeared calling us in. We were the only ones in the restaurant. The dishes were very pricy (3 to 4 times the local pricing) - actually more pricey than London indian fine dine. But then we ordered food and then the experience changes. Food was quite tasty and delicious. The chef was very kind to offer sharing plates even in the masala butter milk. What I feel is, if the price is 30% less the it would be very inviting to go again. But ambiance should improve for the price.

Really really good food! We are on a tour of Turkey and have had Indian food in Istanbul and this restaurant is WAYYY better. Since our group was 28 people, we had a buffet to ourselves. There was a chicken curry, mixed vegetable curry and a dry cauliflower and potato subji. They also provided naans and rotis. Accompanying everything was rice, raita, dal, cut veggies, pickle and even a fennel mix (badishep) to end the meal. Everything was tasty and had a home-cooked feel to it. The rotis were pretty much chapatis and we all loved that. The dal was very typical of how we make Maharashtrian dal in Pune. Turns out the chef has actually lived in Pune, India for about 16 years so it all adds up. I can't talk about pricing because the meal was paid for but if you want good Indian food, you should come here. I didn't want to eat Indian food while in Turkey but I am SO glad we stopped here because this is a gem in the Cappadocia valley!

They do have an excellent Indian chef whom we met but the same is true for Indian eateries in Goreme that are equally good. We would have saved $$ by taking a taxi to and from Goreme.

I came here looking for Indian food after two weeks of Turkish food. All my cravings were fulfilled! I ordered a mix of foods - both veg and non veg along with excellent buttermilk and tea. Amazing Indian restaurant in Nevsehir. We read the reviews and took a cab from cappadocia to this place. The food was authentic and awesome and the service was top class. We are of Indian descent and found the quality to be excellent ( just like home 😊) . The premises are new and clean and I would strongly recommend this place to anyone looking for Indian fare around cappadocia/ goreme/ urgup.

The best Indian restaurant I visited during my trip to Turkey. The chef (Veeru and his brother) are so good and helpful that they went out of the way and prepared meals specifically basis our requirements (not even mentioned in the menu). Being vegetarian, I really enjoyed comfortable Indian meal. Even got the chef to deliver idli / vada every morning to our hotel for breakfast (despite south indian dishes not even being there in menu). Had Dal Makhani, Paneer, Mixed Sauce Pasta, Idli, Vada, Pav Bhaji, etc. (while most items werent in the menu officially). We stayed in Cappadocia for 3 days. Had 7 meals with them out of 9 meals. Must visit. Its the best Indian restaurant. Much better than Namaste Indian Restaurant (Gerome).

The location of this restaurant is bit far. But travelling for the food prepared here is worth it. Being from southern part of India we were craving for south indian food, and the chef here did it with finese. Loved the food. One suggestion is if you are not used to spicy food, just inform while ordering so that the chef will prepare accordingly. In our stay in Cappadocia, we visited this place twice, once for North Indian food and second time for South Indian food. The later tasted awesome.

A hidden gem! We ordered chicken lahsuni Tikka, chicken Malai kebab, kadhai veg, roti and laccha parantha, and veg salad and hot gulab jamuns. Everything was delicious and spiced to the right amount. The chef had an interesting take on the Malai Tikka with grated cheese on top. Worked really well. We had a brief chat with the Chef after the meal. He told us how he ended up in a small place like Uchisar. If you are visiting the castle or even otherwise, I highly recommend stopping over at Pakka to enjoy some really good, homely Indian food.

Loved the south Indian food in this rather unexpected location. Sweet lasi is to die for. Vegetable curry and paneer butter masala were very good. My introduction to the catering here began with the order of our starters, main and drinks, seemed like the waiter wasn't even accustomed to the menu and required us to point at the items we wanted. Starters arrived at a decent time later, maybe 10 minutes later, unfortunately this is where the issues began. I had ordered a Chilli Paneer dish, and ideally it should taste like an Indian dish, however to my surprise, it was a Chinese dish. The samosas had a flaky pastry and their fillings were adequate; those were not too shabby. Then came our mains, I had the butter chicken with a garlic cheese naan. The naan contained a lacklustre amount of cheese and slightly too much garlic. The butter chicken itself was not so bad. however none of the dishes contained any spiciness whatsoever. So overall food was average, however the chef did come out to greet us and was definitely the most cheerful of all the staff. Which leads me to the staff themselves, uninterested and unbothered by our dining experience, reflecting the ambience around us. One of the staff, assuming he was the manager, was more interested in his favourite YouTuber's new video than us. There was no life to the restaurant, no music, no graceful Indian decor, it was as if the life had been drained from the restaurant. Overall was a poor experience with elements to be massively improved on and for what we paid was definitely not worth it, just over €110 for 4 people.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner here. We ordered vegetarian dishes: Paneer Butter Masala, vegetable Biryani, Garlic Naan, Samosa, and Kadai vegetable dish. They were all so good. Flavorful and packed with spice. The staff was nice and kind. He could communicate in English very well. The chef is from South India. We were glad to pick this place to get out of the crowd a little bit. We had a car, so it wasn’t hard to get to. Super recommend!

TL;DR - Chef is amazing, the waitstaff service sucks, hence the 4 stars. also note that the restaurant is located near Argos rather than where it shows up on google maps. We decided to dine here to taste a little bit of India in Turkey. We were a large group of 6 adults and 3 kids. The restaurant was able to accommodate us, comfortably. The vegetarian menu had many, if not all, paneer items. We ordered: pakora, masala papad, paneer tikka (dry), paneer butter masala, paneer makhani, chana, dal fry, and dal makhani. Every dish was very tasty. The flavors were on point, and we found the spice level to be perfect. Their naan and roti were freshly made, and we were able to taste the difference as it melted in your mouth. Despite the delicious food, our service and experience were not the best. There was plenty of staff and we were the only patrons. We were seated for at least a half hour before we were asked for even our drink order. We waited another half hour before someone came to take our food order. That someone happened to be the chef, not any of the servers/staff people. We placed our entire order all at once to save time. Our appetizers took an hour to be served, and our main meal came another hour after that, but spread out. In the end we were missing 3 entrees which we ended up canceling. We talked to the chef later to share how much we enjoyed his meal but to also express that we were disappointed in the service and time. He was very polite and humble. He informed us that he was the only person working in the kitchen that evening. We still couldn’t understand why the staff/servers were not helping him. We aren’t sure if the lack of service and attention to serve customers was atypical because the kitchen was short staffed. The servers were not even present in the dining area while we were there. Nonetheless the food was comforting and very tasty, but the service experience was very very poor.

Really depressing because it was so expensive 😓 prices in dollars, and the meal ended up costing about four times more than it should have. A single piece of paratha was $2. I was so excited because the reviews are so good and I really miss Indian food. But Pukka was a major disappointment. Taste of individual dishes was good, to be fair, and I think it’s wonderful to have so many vegetarian options available— non meat dishes can be hard to find in cappadocia. Staff was also very kind and attentive. Thank you for serving us but we won’t be back. (In response to owner’s comment): I’m very familiar with Turkish inflation, I live here. Just like your staff. I hope you pay them in dollars too.

Didn’t stay as the menu we were given was in $ and quite pricey for Turkey with main courses at $9. We asked for a menu in ₺ but they said they didn’t have one.

This really hit the spot. It's hard to find in Turkey "real" versions of international food but they have a great chef here and a good range of menu items. I think it they can add chana masala and palak paneer to have some more veg choice it can be even better.

Food came different than the menu with missing items. The toilets didn’t have any water and they didn’t take any precautions. They’re only charging in dollars, which is kinda illegal and way too expensive for what they offer
